Sarah is the realtor you want to have when buying or selling your home. We were in our home for 23 years. We raised our children there but it was time to down size. Sarah was extremely professional, reasonable and carefully guided our steps with her knowledge and expertise. A maid service to clean our home, she had one. If we needed help understanding mortgage lenders, she took the time to explain all the important information. Sarah is knowledgeable about real estate and the home-buying process. However, communication was a significant issue during our experience. She often took a long time to respond to emails and phone calls, which made it difficult to stay informed throughout the process. Over time, I noticed that she communicated more frequently with my spouse through calls and text messages, while I was often left out of important conversations. During house showings, she appeared to focus most of her attention on him, and when I spoke with her, her responses felt brief and dismissive. While I appreciate her knowledge and expertise, I found her communication style and level of professionalism disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend her as a real estate agent.
