Sarah was my real estate agent recently; this was a first-time homebuyer process. From beginning to end she held my hand and walked me through the process she even explained everything more than once on some occasions. This process was probably one of her toughest ones just due to COVID and the rapid changes. Even when our original loan officer completely messed up my paperwork and sent out a false approval letter, Sarah was able to swoop in and refer us to another agent who was knowledgeable and wonderful. She was able to get the paperwork done in a timely manner, especially since we found out about the error after putting in an offer. Sarah did more than just show me houses she also walked me through what to look for and expect during the inspections. I wanted an agent that would also be knowledgeable about the area I wanted to stay in and considering she lives in the area it was perfect. We finally found our home and could not be more pleased and excited about it. I would recommend her to friends and family and already have! It's also a plus when you have direct contact to your agent and do not have to go through a secretary.
