Homes in Twin Lakes
The homes here blend modern design with practical layouts. There are a few builders who are still in the neighborhood actively building homes. In Twin Lakes, there is Fischer Homes, D.R. Horton and Eastwood Homes. You’ll find a variety of styles, from spacious two-story plans to single-level ranch homes, some even on those coveted lake lots. Open floor plans, updated kitchens, and private outdoor spaces are the norm. This neighborhood is right beside the popular 55+ neighborhood, Cresswind at Twin Lakes. On that side of the neighborhood, you’ll find homes built by Kolter ranging from the upper $500’s to over $1,000,000.

Where Is Twin Lakes?
This neighborhood is right down the street from downtown Hoschton, which is making a push in recent years to grow and develop like its neighboring town of Braselton. Hoschton has my favorite coffee shop, Hoschton Coffee Company, as well as local favorites like Sliced Pizza. Some new additions to the downtown space are Pasta Makers Cucina for your Italian cravings and The Depot by Four Brothers for happy hour fun. Hoschton is one of the fastest growing cities in Georgia and so, new schools are being built to accommodate. Currently, the Twin Lakes neighborhood is zoned for West Jackson Elementary and Middle and Jackson County High School, which was also recently built. But before too long, we will see an additional high school popping up called Hoschton High School. Twin Lakes is convenient to multiple grocery options with Publix at the front of the neighborhood and Kroger opening right across the street. I-85 provides travel options to Atlanta or North Georgia. Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Braselton is the closest medical facility, just 20 minutes away.
